Our tour begins in the grounds of the once prosperous Tehidy Estate, the ancestral home of one of the richest families in Cornwall. We wind our way through the former grounds of the Basset's and up to the imposing North Cliffs coastline. Across the rugged clifftop we drop down into the vibrant village of the UNESCO heritage site of Portreath, once the most important port in Cornwall this quaint village now boasts a thriving tourist industry thanks to it's award winning beach. From Portreath we head inland through the ancient Nance woods towards the tour end.
The tour is 6 miles. and will last for approximately three hours.
You will be picked up from Hayle Swimming Pool, King George Memorial Walk TR27 4BL at 8.30 or 1pm

This is a half day running tour. We provide free transfers to and from the pick up point. Light refreshments are included with all dietary needs catered for.
