In agreeing to book a tour we us, we will collect certain information about you which will include your name, date of birth, gender, email address, address, telephone number and any medical or dietary information. We will also collect the full name, address and telephone numbers of an emergency contact nominated by you.

  • Administer your involvement in a booking that has been made.
  • To fulfill a contract with you if you become a registered athlete;
  • To notify you about  important updates and information if you have agreed to join our mailing list
  • To deal with your requests and enquiries;
  • To contact you for reasons related to your enquiry;
  • To create meaningful, actionable analysis on an anonymised basis.

Whythra Pathfinders key purpose it to encourage and enable runners to participate in dedicated running tours at a level appropriate to their ability and fitness.

Therefore, will process it on the basis of legitimate interest of administering your involvement in the tours you have expressed interest in.

When we receive your permission to collect information from you, we will send you only relevant information about our products and services. We will give you the opportunity to opt in to any such communications and will tell you how you can opt-out at any time. We will never sell your information!
