1600 years ago (yes a very long time back) the Romans left Cornwall and three Saints sailed across the stormy Atlantic bound for the Cornish shores. We start this tour in St Erth, home of and named after the saint. The tour follows on to the hamlet of St Uny, then onto St Ia's home in St Ives. On this tour you will see why Cornwall has been and continues to the the place to be for centuries. It will leave you wondering why would anyone ever want to leave!
The tour is 6 miles. and will last for approximately three hours.
You will be picked up from Hayle Swimming Pool, King George Memorial Walk TR27 4BL at 8.30 or 1pm
The tour has a hill rating of 2/3 meaning this is a tour suitable for all with a curiosity to follow in the way of the saints!.
This is a half day running tour. We provide free transfers to and from the pick up point. Light refreshments are included with all dietry needs catered for.
